These are the hints and complete answers for the New York Times Connections board dated March 8, 2025, puzzle #636. Start with the gentle clues below; category names and tile groups are separated so you can stop before seeing more spoilers.

How Connections works

Connections is a word game about spotting shared themes. The board has 16 words, which you sort into four groups of four. Each group has a color: yellow is typically the easiest and purple the trickiest, and some words may seem to fit more than one theme. The New York Times Help Center explains the rules.
