These counts are from the EnergyPips archive. Easy and Medium are distinct boards, and a partial hint is not enough to establish where every domino goes.
How to approach the Hard board
Pips asks you to place dominoes across the grid so every square is filled while each colored region satisfies its own condition. Rules can include equality, inequality, greater than, less than, or an exact total. A domino may cross a region boundary: each pip is checked against the rule for the square it occupies.

Key deduction
The walkthrough’s first foothold is to keep two sixes available for the Pink 12 region, while placing a 6/6 domino across the Blue 11 and Dark Blue 10 groups. That bridge resolves two regions at once without using the pair of sixes reserved for Pink.

- Place 6/6 downward from Blue 11 into Dark Blue 10.
- Place 4/2 downward from Dark Blue 10 into Blue >1.
- Place 6/1 from Pink 12 into Purple >0, then place 6/0 downward from Pink 12 into a free tile.
- Place 0/0 in the top-right tiles of Pink 1, then place 1/4 from Pink 1 into the next free tile.
- Place 2/0 from Orange = into Purple =; place 2/3 below it from Orange = into Green =.
- Place 3/1 vertically from Green = down into the next free tile.
- Place 0/4 horizontally from Purple = into the final free tile.
The walkthrough says it reached this arrangement through trial and error. These are its reported placements, not an independently tested solution.

The archived guide is indexed as having Easy and Medium solution sections, but the available excerpts do not expose the full placements. A Yahoo-indexed snippet gives one Easy fragment—“6-1, placed horizontally; 6-5, placed vertically”—but it does not establish the rest of that board. No complete Easy or Medium answer can responsibly be supplied from those fragments.
