TechRadar reported these words as the clue words for earning in-game hints: PACE, COAL, SALE, CHAIN, SAME and MACE. Parade’s first-letter pairs for the theme answers are CL, CA, CI, AN, PE and NU; its pair for the spangram is MA.
Spangram hint
The spangram names the drink suggested by the theme. Parade reported that it runs vertically from top to bottom; TechRadar described its route as starting in the top, third column and ending in the bottom, fourth column.
