Go to the main refinery building and search the first floor near a shelf for the Weapon Crate. Reported coordinates and floor descriptions conflict, so use the building landmark and verify the pin on your own map rather than relying on one coordinate.

Use the building’s roof ladder to reach the rooftop route. Deal with the deviant on the roof, activate the Rift Anchor, then continue around the roof toward the far side to find the main Mystical Crate below the roof edge.

Defeat remaining regular enemies and check the exploration tracker. EarlyGame reports that the task calls for defeating 12 regular enemies as well as collecting the listed crates and activating the Rift Anchor. If you still need another Gear Crate, the indexed wiki lists one in the back of a truck around 5199, -3817.
Finding the main Mystical Crate and Rift Anchor
The main Mystical Crate is on the refinery roof, not in a hidden pump room or a vent-triggered chamber. From the main building, climb the roof ladder, handle the deviant, and follow the elevated rooftop path toward the Rift Anchor. Activate the anchor while you are there, then circle around or past it to the far side of the roof. The crate is tucked below the roof edge, at about 5195, -3778.
The Rift Anchor is reported near 5207, -3799. Treat these coordinates as map references rather than a substitute for the rooftop landmarks.
Finding the hidden Mystical Crate
The hidden Mystical Crate is separate from the main rooftop Mystical Crate. Start around 5169, -3640, climb the nearby support platforms, and touch the blue or purple glimmering orb. Follow the glimmer as it moves; the crate appears at the end of the trail. EarlyGame and Upcomer both describe this method.

Search the first floor of the main refinery building, near a shelf. EarlyGame and the indexed wiki list 5186, -3769, while Game8’s indexed result lists 5157, -3766. Because the reports conflict on the pin and floor details, use the building as your primary landmark and confirm the location against your map.

Gear Crate on the train cart
A Gear Crate is on a train cart near the tracks, around 5175, -3576. Upcomer’s route description places it by looping around the large building near the eastern entrance. This is a practical early stop if you need a Gear Crate for the task.
Gear Crate in the truck
An indexed Once Human Wiki listing reports another Gear Crate in the back of a truck around 5199, -3817. Use it as an alternative if your tracker still calls for a Weapon or Gear Crate; the indexed wiki says any two listed weapon or gear crates can count toward that part of the objective.
