Is a physical Nintendo Switch edition planned?
Yes. Bandai Namco’s official page lists a Standard Edition in both physical and digital formats, and describes the edition as including the base game. That establishes a physical Nintendo Switch release, but not stock in every country or at any particular retailer. Check the local listing for platform, format, edition, and availability before purchasing.
What do you do in the game?
Build and run a floating restaurant
Players begin with a modest ship restaurant aboard Baratie Number Two and expand it by gathering ingredients, cooking dishes with Sanji, selecting menus, and customizing the restaurant. Meal sets and newly discovered recipes add to the menu-building side of the simulation. The food draws on familiar One Piece dishes and recipes inspired by Devil Fruit powers.

Bring characters into the restaurant
Familiar characters can visit as customers and can also work as staff. Bandai Namco says the game includes over 400 characters from the series in pixel-art form. It also advertises more than 200 furniture, building, and decorative items, including themes inspired by Whole Cake Island and Egghead. These are publisher-announced counts, not independently verified gameplay totals.

Players can arrange furniture and decorations, and the publisher says character preferences for restaurant design may help turn visitors into regular customers. The announced features point to a loop that combines menu planning, cooking, staffing, and interior design.
