Oracle ke Always Free resources page par idle compute ke liye pichhle 7 din ka assessment diya hai: CPU utilization ka 95th percentile 20% se kam aur network utilization 20% se kam ho to instance idle maana ja sakta hai; A1 ke liye memory utilization ka 20% se kam hona bhi idle test mein shamil hai. Oracle aise idle Always Free compute ko reclaim kar sakta hai. Outbound data allowance throughput ka wada nahi
Oracle isi resources page par up to 10 TB per month outbound data transfer list karta hai. Yeh allowance stream ki bandwidth, uninterrupted delivery, VM ki suitability ya kisi khas configuration ke kaam karne ka saboot nahi hai. Apne intended video bitrate aur stream duration ke hisaab se data use ka andaza lagayein; stream stability ko alag se test karein.
Playlist ka matlab pehle tay karein
Ek local file ko baar-baar chalana
FFmpeg filter documentation video frames ko loop=-1 se infinite loop karne ka option dikhati hai. Yeh frame-loop capability hai, poori broadcast pipeline ke liye ready-made configuration nahi. Audio ka behavior, file ke end par transition, timestamps, encoding load aur YouTube ingest compatibility ko aapke media aur installed FFmpeg version ke saath validate karna hoga. Local files ki playlist
Agar playlist kai local recordings ki hai, to file list ka syntax aur har clip ke codecs, resolution, frame rate aur audio tracks matter karte hain. FFmpeg ki input/output aur looping documentation yeh nahi batati ki arbitrary mixed-format list bina rukawat chalegi. Apni exact list ko short test mein chalayein; zaroorat padne par format normalize ya re-encode karna pad sakta hai, par usse VM par compute load badal sakta hai.
YouTube playlist page
YouTube playlist URL ko seedha FFmpeg mein dekar 24/7 loop karne ka shortcut in documented capabilities se establish nahi hota. YouTube playlist page, downloaded local media aur ek local file loop karna interchangeable approaches nahi hain. Is guide ko kisi YouTube page URL ke liye tested method na samjhein.

- OCI Console mein eligibility dekhein: apna home region, Always Free resource availability, tenancy quotas aur intended VM shape confirm karein. Capacity error aaye to baar-baar command badalne ke bajay region/eligibility aur allocation status jaanchein.
- Media aur playlist define karein: local file, local files ki list, ya doosra input—exact source likh kar rakhein. Video/audio codec, resolution, frame rate, audio presence aur file transitions note karein.

YouTube live rules, archive aur media rights
YouTube Help ke mutabik 12 ghante se chhoti streams automatically archive hoti hain. Isse 24 ghante chalne wali stream ka uninterrupted archive milne ki guarantee nahi nikalti. Agar archive zaroori hai, to broadcast duration, restart/rotation aur recording ke liye alag process verify karein; yahan koi specific split strategy establish nahi hai.
