Why Stormray may take time to catch
There is no verified numeric catch probability for Stormray in the available listings. Palia’s official build 0.191 patch notes say a global fishing catch-determination rework made Stormray less likely to appear. That is a qualitative change documented for that build, not a current percentage or a guarantee about the fish’s present odds.
The patch notes explain the broader purpose of the change: S6 Forseti said the older system was difficult to work with and that the rework would make it easier to author fish and introduce new fishing content. The notes do not give a Stormray-specific rate or establish a statistically tested method to improve your odds.
