Where to find Pango and Bango
Travel to the Tendercage Ripper Drill Site in Lopside, within Carcadia Burn. Clear the Ripper waves at the site; Mobalytics reports that Pango and Bango spawn after those enemies are defeated. Mobalytics’ encounter guide identifies the location and spawn sequence.

What Pango and Bango drop
Guides list three legendary weapons in the encounter’s drop pool. Their reported effects can help you decide which one suits your weapon preferences:

How to beat the fight
The encounter includes two bosses, mounted weaponry, and additional enemies. Guides recommend reducing that incoming pressure rather than focusing only on boss damage.
- Destroy the mounted weapons early. Vault and Game8 both recommend taking out the mounted weapons as a priority. Vault’s Pango and Bango guide and Game8’s encounter guide provide this advice.
- Keep moving and track both bosses. Avoid staying exposed in one spot, and keep both Pango and Bango in view so you can respond as the dual encounter shifts.
- Clear additional enemies when they build up. Vault and Game8 advise removing the surrounding enemies to reduce incoming fire and make the boss fight more manageable.
How to farm another attempt
After defeating Pango and Bango, use Moxxi’s Big Encore Machine near the arena to refight them, as reported by Vault and Game8. Check the machine in-game for its current cost; a current price is not established by those guides.

Are the drop rates known?
No reliable numerical odds are established for these drops. Vault labels the rates unknown, and the available guides do not establish comparative odds between Pango and Bango. Do not treat the two-boss format as evidence that a particular weapon is more likely to drop.
