Where is The Old Scrape?
The Old Scrape is a drill site in Cuspid Climb, in the southern part of Terminus Range. The location guide suggests using the Reoquary silo as a landmark while heading to the site; that is a route suggestion from the guide, not a separately verified navigation instruction. How to farm the Hellwalker
- Unlock Terminus Range. Progress through the campaign until the region is accessible.
- Travel to The Old Scrape. Go to the drill site in Cuspid Climb, southern Terminus Range.
- Clear the waves. Fight through the encounter until you reach the boss area.
- Defeat the targets. The Nerd’s Chalk guide names Saddleback and Immortal Boneface as targets. Separately, the community item reference lists Meathead Riders as an increased-chance source; the sources describe these targets differently, so do not assume they are interchangeable. - Reset and repeat. Use the nearby Moxxi Big Encore machine to reset the encounter, then run it again.

Drop odds and patch context
The sources do not establish a current numerical drop rate, so there is no reliable run count after which a Panicking Hellwalker is guaranteed.
