Perfumer’s Talisman is an Elden Ring talisman that raises the potency of perfume items. Find it in a chest beneath Perfumer’s Ruins: the chest room is identified by a yellow flower enemy, and the floor above it is described as illusory.
What Perfumer’s Talisman does
The in-game description reads: “A talisman depicting a set of perfume bottles. Raises potency of perfume items.” The Elden Ring Wiki and EIP Gaming report that it increases the potency of directly damaging perfume items and the Perfume Bottles weapon type by 20%. That figure is reported by those references, not stated here as an official developer statistic; game behavior can also be affected by patches.

Where to find Perfumer’s Talisman
- Go to Perfumer’s Ruins, in the Mt. Gelmir area of the Altus Plateau. Game8 places the ruins west of Craftsman’s Shack.
- Look for the room with the yellow flower enemy. The talisman is in a chest in the concealed underground area beneath the ruins; EIP Gaming describes the floor as illusory.
- Open the chest to collect the talisman.
The location descriptions agree on the chest beneath Perfumer’s Ruins, though the sources vary in how they describe the surrounding region: Mt. Gelmir and the Altus Plateau.
Is it worth a talisman slot?
It is most relevant to a build that regularly uses perfume items for attacks. Its effect is narrow, so weigh the perfume potency benefit against what another talisman could provide your build, such as defense, stamina, equip load, or other damage bonuses. Which choice is better depends on your equipment and priorities.
