Mitsuru Kirijo’s Empress Social Link opens on November 21. Reach Academics rank 6 (Genius), then look for her near the Faculty Office at Gekkoukan High. Walkthroughs disagree about whether you must also have placed first in an exam, so securing that result is the cautious option if you still can.
How to unlock Mitsuru’s Empress Social Link
- Raise Academics to rank 6. Some guides call this rank Genius.
- On or after November 21, check the faculty-office area at Gekkoukan High. Guides describe the spot as the Faculty Office Entrance or Faculty Hallway. Talk to Mitsuru there to start the link.
- If possible, place first in an exam. GameFAQs lists that as an additional requirement; Game8 and Samurai Gamers list the Academics requirement but do not mention exam placement. The sources therefore do not establish that first place is universally required.

When Mitsuru is available
Samurai Gamers lists her ordinary daytime availability as Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, with no nighttime availability. Its guide does not establish her holiday schedule; check the in-game calendar or map for special dates rather than assuming the weekday pattern applies.
Because the link starts late and has ten ranks, use available hangouts deliberately. Carry an Empress Arcana Persona to receive the matching-Arcana relationship-point bonus, as reported by Game8 and Samurai Gamers. The detailed point values depend on the rank and answer; GameFAQs also notes that some choices award zero.
