Has Persona 4 Revival been announced?
Yes. SEGA revealed Persona 4 Revival on June 9, 2025, with a teaser trailer and an official website. At the time, Kazuhisa Wada, P-STUDIO Director, said: “We are very pleased to announce the release of Persona 4 Revival. We look forward to sharing even more information in due time.” SEGA’s reveal announcement introduced the project under its official name.
SEGA’s June 2026 announcement says the remake reimagines Persona 4 Golden with enhanced graphics, UI, combat, and cutscenes. Those are the changes the publisher has named; it has not established further story changes or feature details in the cited announcements.
When does Persona 4 Revival come out?
SEGA’s June 8, 2026 release announcement gives February 18, 2027 for Xbox Series X|S, Windows, Xbox Game Pass, PlayStation 5, and Steam. A later Japanese SEGA product update dates the Nintendo Switch 2 version for May 20, 2027, so that version has a separate, later launch date in the information currently listed.

What has SEGA shared since the reveal?
SEGA’s June 2026 release announcement reported that the Persona series had surpassed 30 million unit sales worldwide. That is a series-wide figure attributed to SEGA, not a sales estimate for Persona 4 Revival.
