Phoenix Cyclops has already been revealed as the first additional fighter coming to MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls. Arc System Works announced him on July 23, 2026, during San Diego Comic-Con; Marvel’s official trailer metadata lists a Fall 2026 window, but gives no exact release date.

What version of Cyclops is in the game?
This fighter is inspired by Cyclops’s Phoenix Five incarnation from Avengers vs. X-Men. The official announcement describes a Phoenix-powered take on the character, rather than establishing that this is a standard Cyclops interpretation.
What abilities and details have been confirmed?
The PlayStation Blog recap names Optic Blasts, hand-to-hand combat, and the Phoenix Force as elements of Phoenix Cyclops’s character. Ray Chase is credited as his English voice actor. The post says further gameplay details will arrive in future updates; it does not establish a complete moveset or explain specific mechanics.
