Learn the interface and management loop with a modest park before committing to a sprawling, highly detailed build. A smaller project makes it easier to see how a change to a ride, facility, or path affects the park. Use guest feedback and heat maps to identify where a problem is happening instead of guessing which facility the park needs. Use Guide Services where guests can reach them
Epic’s beginner guide notes that the game tracks eight guest needs and that a Guide Services Building must be nearby for guests to buy guide services. Check the current interface for the needs relevant to your park rather than relying on a fixed list from an outside guide (Epic Games Store’s beginner guide).
How can ride statistics improve your coasters?
While building a ride, look at the statistics the game displays to understand what guests can expect. Treat those figures as feedback about the attraction you are designing, not as a universal formula: a target that suits one ride or audience may not suit another. Community discussion often focuses on excitement, intensity, and nausea, but the right balance depends on the ride and the guests you want to attract (player discussion about coaster-building advice).

Make an adjustment with a clear purpose, then review the updated stats. If you are optimizing the ride, use the figures to judge the trade-off; if you are building for a particular theme or story, use them alongside the visual design rather than letting one score dictate every decision.
How should you plan park layout and guest flow?
For a readable park, decide on a theme or concept first, then use landmarks and deliberate transitions to help connect its areas. Think about how guests move between attractions and what they see as they arrive. This is creative guidance, not a required game rule: the goal is to make the park understandable and enjoyable to explore.

What should you plan for in a waterpark?
Waterpark visitors have practical needs as well as attractions to enjoy. Xbox Wire’s 2025 community-build feature calls out shade, sunscreen, lifeguards, and changing rooms as provisions to consider. Use shared builds and blueprints for ideas, but adapt the layout to the visitor experience you want to create (Xbox Wire’s waterpark feature).

How can you learn from other players?
Inspecting other players’ parks and blueprints can reveal approaches to layout, scenery, and construction that are hard to learn from menus alone. Frontier says players can visit parks and share or download parks and blueprints through the in-game Frontier Workshop. Its Help Centre also describes building with friends one at a time in Franchise and Sandbox modes across platforms. Online availability and compatibility can change, so check the current in-game options for your platform. Frontier also describes the Complexity Meter as a guide to managing what players and guests can experience (Frontier’s multiplayer and Workshop help).
