Destiny 2 is required for Lightfall
Lightfall is an expansion, not a standalone game: Sony said players needed Destiny 2 to play it. The announcement noted that Destiny 2 was available to download at no extra cost from PlayStation Store. The included monthly game was Destiny 2: Lightfall, not a replacement for the base game.
