Sony announced four PlayStation Plus Monthly Games offerings for May 2024: EA Sports FC 24 Standard Edition, Ghostrunner 2, Tunic and Destiny 2: Lightfall. The offer opened May 7, 2024, and its claim windows ended in June 2024, so this is a historical lineup—not a list of games still claimable through that offer.

What was each May game or offering?
EA Sports FC 24 Standard Edition
Sony described EA Sports FC 24 as a football game featuring licensed players, teams and leagues. Its announcement promoted the game as having “more than 19,000 fully licensed players, 700 teams, and 30 leagues.” Those are Sony’s promotional figures from the 2024 announcement, not independently verified statistics.
Ghostrunner 2
Ghostrunner 2 is a first-person cyberpunk action game. Sony highlighted its one-hit-kill scenario, non-linear levels and motorbike sections. It was the only May 2024 offering listed for PS5 only.
#1 Best Overall

- Everything you want to play. Choose from the largest library of PlayStation content.

Tunic
Tunic is an isometric adventure built around exploration and combat, with hidden items and collectible pages from an in-game manual. Sony listed it for both PS4 and PS5.
Destiny 2: Lightfall
Lightfall is an expansion for Destiny 2, not a standalone game. It takes players to Neptune and the fictional city of Neomuna, and includes the Strand subclass among its features. Sony said Destiny 2 was available to download at no extra cost on PlayStation Store at the time, but the expansion itself requires Destiny 2.
