The Pokémon GO Pokémon Concierge Celebration ran from September 9 to September 14, 2025, and has ended. Its headline debut was Psyduck wearing a swim ring; the event also featured a 2× Candy catch bonus, themed encounters, raids and timed research. The research tasks and ticket rewards expired when the event closed.
When was the Pokémon Concierge Celebration?
The event ran from Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. through Sunday, September 14, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. local time. It celebrated Pokémon Concierge, the Netflix series. In a February 2025 announcement, The Pokémon Company International said new episodes would be available in September and that the first four episodes were available on Netflix at that time; this does not establish current catalog availability in every region. What was the featured Pokémon?
Psyduck wearing a swim ring made its Pokémon GO debut during the event. It could appear in the wild, and the announcement said a Shiny version might be encountered. A wild-caught swim-ring Psyduck could also have an event-themed Special Background. Sealeo and Shinx were among the other named Pokémon that could appear in the wild.

What bonuses were active?

- There was an increased chance of encountering Shiny Psyduck with a swim ring.

The official announcement marked some raid Pokémon as potentially Shiny. It did not mean every listed Pokémon was guaranteed to appear Shiny.

Free Timed Research
Free Timed Research focused on catching Pokémon and taking snapshots of wild Pokémon. Rewards included Stardust, themed encounters and other items. Players had to finish every task and claim rewards by September 14, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. local time.

Snapshot surprises
Taking snapshots of wild Pokémon was part of the free Timed Research. The event announcement also listed snapshot encounters among the ways to find event Pokémon while the event was live.
What did the paid Timed Research include?
The event ticket was advertised at US$4.99 or the equivalent local pricing tier. Its listed rewards included 5,000 Stardust, an event-themed avatar pose, encounters with swim-ring Psyduck and more. The ticket could be purchased and gifted to eligible friends. Purchases were non-refundable except where applicable law or the stated terms provided otherwise.

The announcement does not establish whether the shirt is still in the shop now. Event-themed stickers were available during the event by spinning PokéStops and opening Gifts.
