Pokémon GO raid bosses changed during January 2020, so there was no single lineup that applied to the whole month. The documented Lunar New Year lineup ran from January 24 into February, with Latios and Latias included only for the event weekend.

When were Latios and Latias available?
The event report says Latios and Latias were in raids for the weekend only, rather than throughout the full Lunar New Year event. A community-maintained 2020 raid-boss archive corroborates that they returned for a Special Raid Weekend through January 27, 2020; that endpoint comes from the archive, not an official schedule claim. Was this the complete raid roster for January?
No. The available schedule information establishes the Lunar New Year event lineup beginning January 24, but it does not establish the complete ordinary raid rotation for every date earlier in the month. It would be inaccurate to present the event roster as January’s month-long list or to infer the missing dates. Pokémon GO’s official news archive includes the January 2020 events announcement and a separate Latias and Latios Special Raid Weekend announcement, but those announcements do not make this event lineup a complete month timeline: Pokémon GO news archive.

In the query “Pokemon Go Current Raid Bosses list for January 2020,” current means current at a particular point in that past month—not current in Pokémon GO today. The clearest documented snapshot is the Lunar New Year event roster, active from January 24 into February, with Latios and Latias limited to the weekend portion.
