Steel Skyline ran from Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. until Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. local time, according to the official Pokémon GO announcement. The event has ended.

How could players get Dynamax Duraludon?
Dynamax Duraludon debuted in four-star Max Battles during Steel Skyline. The announcement also included a Dynamax Duraludon encounter among the rewards for the event’s paid Timed Research. Shiny encounters were described as possible if lucky, but no odds were published.

What were the Steel Skyline event bonuses?
Three Global Challenge reward levels were announced. Their bonuses unlocked in sequence as the challenges were completed:

Free Timed Research offered a Magnetic Lure Module, XP, Stardust, event-themed Pokémon encounters, and other rewards. It had to be completed and claimed by October 7, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. local time. The announcement did not provide the individual task list.
Paid Timed Research
The event-exclusive ticket was announced at US$1.99 or the equivalent local pricing tier. Its rewards included Max Particles, Stardust, a Dynamax Duraludon encounter, and more. The ticket could be purchased or gifted to Great Friends or higher, but not with PokéCoins. The announcement described purchases as non-refundable subject to applicable law and its stated exceptions. These were historical terms for an event that has ended, not an active offer.
