Pokémon GO’s Summer Concert was a past music-themed event held July 19–22, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. local time each day. It paired a special in-game music arrangement with one-hour Lure Modules, featured Pokémon, and a Field Research Spinda reward. Niantic’s event announcement was published July 11, 2025.
When was the Pokémon GO Summer Concert event?
The event ran July 19 through July 22, 2025. Its daily window was 5:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. local time, so the start and end times followed each player’s local clock rather than a single global time.

What was the Summer Concert music feature?
During each event window, players could hear a special arrangement of Pokémon GO background music containing tracks selected by Junichi Masuda. The announcement identified Masuda as a Pokémon video game series composer and The Pokémon Company Chief Creative Fellow.
Which Pokémon appeared during Summer Concert?
Lure Modules activated during the event attracted Jigglypuff, Lotad, Kricketot, Chatot, Audino, Noibat, and Popplio. The announcement also reported an increased chance of encountering Shiny Chatot at PokéStops with active Lure Modules. That was a chance increase, not a guaranteed shiny encounter; the announcement did not give a numerical shiny rate.

Event-themed Field Research tasks could reward an encounter with Spinda. The heart-pattern Spinda was not available during this event.
How did Lure Modules work during Summer Concert?
Lure Modules activated during the event lasted one hour and attracted the featured Pokémon listed above. To make use of the event bonus, players needed to be at a PokéStop with an active Lure Module; that was also where the announcement specified the increased Shiny Chatot chance.
