A creator-reported leak claimed that Pokémon Legends: Z-A’s Mega Dimension DLC could add more Mega Evolutions, but the available reporting does not verify a complete roster. Official announcements have since confirmed Mega Raichu X, Mega Raichu Y, and Mega Garchomp Z. Those confirmed forms are distinct from the broader leak claims.
What Pokémon were reportedly leaked?
On October 27, 2025, creator LeeGengar published a video titled “LEAKED!! THE 17 MEGAS OF THE POKÉMON LEGENDS Z-A DLC!!” The video description characterized its material as a possible list from a second Teraleak or datamine and named Mega Absol, Mega Lucario, and Mega Garchomp as examples. That establishes that these names circulated as leak claims; it does not independently authenticate the files, verify all the named Pokémon, or prove a 17-Pokémon DLC roster. Which Mega Evolutions are officially confirmed?
| Pokémon or forms | Evidence | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Mega Raichu X and Mega Raichu Y | Nintendo’s DLC news article, November 7, 2025: official Nintendo announcement | Officially named |
| Mega Garchomp Z | The Pokémon Company announcement, February 27, 2026: official Pokémon announcement | Officially announced, including its special distortion and Garchompite Z |
| Mega Absol and Mega Lucario | Named as examples in the October 27, 2025 creator-reported leak description | Leak claims in the sources covered here; not confirmed by the official announcements cited above |
The Pokémon Company’s November 6, 2025 article said players “might even find rare Pokémon or never-before-seen Mega-Evolved Pokémon.” It did not publish a complete roster. Read the official Pokémon article
Why the leak does not establish the full DLC roster
The leak video’s title uses the number 17, but its description frames the list as possible material rather than a verified count. The cited official articles name some Pokémon and describe rare or previously unseen Mega Evolutions, yet they do not provide a complete roster. It is therefore not possible to treat every item in the alleged list—or the number 17—as confirmed from these sources.
