Pokémon Sword and Shield: Where to Find the Soothe Bell

In Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield, you can get the Soothe Bell from a girl inside a house in Hammerlocke. Look for the house across from the Pokémon Center, near the crossroads leading toward the castle, and speak to her.

How to get the Soothe Bell

1. Reach Hammerlocke. A location guide places access to the city after you complete the third Gym.

2. Use the Pokémon Center as your landmark. Find the house across from it, near the crossroads leading toward the castle.

3. Go inside and speak to the girl there. She gives you the Soothe Bell.
