A September 2025 leak report used the tentative English rendering “High Class Pack EX” for a Pokémon TCG Pocket set due that month. Later set listings identify the release as Deluxe Pack: ex, released September 30, 2025. The match on name aside, date and broad contents does not independently verify every detail in the leak report.
What did the High Class Pack EX leak report say?
On September 24, 2025, PocketCards.net reported that a Japanese Pokémon TCG Pocket account had briefly posted and then deleted a teaser. The report gave September 30 as the release date and rendered the Japanese title tentatively as “High Class Pack EX,” while warning that the eventual English title could differ. The original teaser was not independently retrieved from an official archive for this account, so its provenance remains unverified here. PocketCards.net’s September 24 report is a secondary account, not an official announcement.
Format and card details reported at the time
According to PocketCards.net, the pack would reissue cards from the A-Series, some with updated artwork. The report described four-card packs with one guaranteed EX or four-diamond card. Those are leak-era claims attributed to the report; they should not be read as independently confirmed official wording.
Rotation was speculation, not a leak-confirmed change
The report also described community discussion about whether A-Series cards might rotate out of use. That discussion was speculation. A later catalogue’s dating of the B-Series debut does not establish that the teaser announced a rotation or changed format legality.

Did the leak turn out to be real?
The September 30 date and the broad idea of an A-Series reprint set align with a later set catalogue. That catalogue lists the English release as Deluxe Pack: ex, gives the same September 30, 2025 release date, and describes A-Series reprints with parallel foil treatments and exclusive artwork. The Japanese name is rendered as High Class Pack ex in later listings. The catalogue is fan-maintained rather than an official Pokémon source.
This supports the report’s broad identification of the set, but does not authenticate the deleted teaser or confirm every reported pack detail. In particular, the catalogue summary does not independently verify the four-card pack format or the guarantee of an EX or four-diamond card.

What was in Deluxe Pack: ex?
The catalogue counts 379 cards: 353 numbered cards plus 26 additional rarity or art variants. It describes the set as bringing back A-Series cards with parallel foil treatments and exclusive artwork. The total is a database listing, not an official statistical statement; the source’s breakdown matters because the 26 variants are additional to the 353 numbered cards.
How does the set fit the later Pocket timeline?
The catalogue dates Mega Rising, the B-Series debut, to October 30, 2025—one month after Deluxe Pack: ex. This establishes the sequence in that catalogue, but it does not prove that the earlier leak disclosed a rotation policy or altered the legality of A-Series cards.
