Poppy Playtime Chapter 4, Safe Haven, is no longer upcoming: Mob Entertainment released it on January 30, 2025. The studio’s official chapter page promotes new threats and characters, but the official pages reviewed do not confirm the identity of the specific “new villain” referenced in the original headline.
What the original headline gets wrong about Chapter Four
The phrase “coming in Chapter Four” reflects a release-era announcement, not the chapter’s current status. Mob Entertainment’s official Chapter 4: Safe Haven page dates the release to January 30, 2025. The studio’s news index has since moved on to Chapter Five updates.

Is the new villain’s identity confirmed?
Not by the official sources reviewed. Mob Entertainment describes Chapter 4 as introducing new threats and characters, alongside puzzles and expanded lore, but that general description does not identify the figure teased by the headline. The studio’s official character page also does not name that reveal figure. Without a source that directly establishes the identity, it would be misleading to present a particular character as the confirmed villain.
How to play Chapter 4: Safe Haven
Safe Haven is downloadable content, not a standalone game. Mob Entertainment says players must first download the free Poppy Playtime base game to play the Chapter Four DLC. The chapter page does not establish current storefront-specific prices, so check the relevant platform’s listing for current availability and cost.
