PowerA lists the MOGA XP-ULTRA as SKU 1526788-01, compatible with Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows and Android. How it connects to Xbox, PC and Android
Compatibility depends on the device and connection method. The 2023 manual describes wireless pairing with Xbox, Bluetooth pairing with a mobile device or PC, and USB-C wired mode on Xbox and PC. What reviewers liked—and what to weigh
Windows Central’s 2023 review framed the XP-ULTRA as a combination of wireless console control and cloud gaming, highlighting the detachable grip, phone clip and included USB-C cable. TechRadar’s 2023 review likewise found it versatile, but described it as clunky and criticized its D-pad. That D-pad judgment is one outlet’s assessment rather than a universal finding, and neither review establishes a measured latency figure or independently verified battery runtime.
The decision is therefore less about whether the XP-ULTRA has a broad feature set—it does—and more about whether its modular console-and-phone design suits your use. If you mainly want a conventional gamepad, the detachable mobile arrangement may add bulk and complexity you do not need. If you will regularly move between Xbox, PC and Android, the included clip and multiple connection options may justify that compromise.
