Amazon announced 13 downloadable PC games for Prime members in November 2025, including Fallout 76. The historical offer listed Fallout 76 for November 13 through the Microsoft Games Store, with eligibility limited to Amazon Luna regions where the game was also offered through Microsoft Store. The announcement also listed four separate games for Luna cloud delivery; those are not part of the 13 PC offers.

Is Fallout 76 free on PC, and where was it offered?
In Amazon’s November 2025 lineup, Fallout 76 was a downloadable PC offer through Microsoft Games Store, listed for November 13. Amazon’s regional qualification was explicit: “Fallout 76 offer is available only in Amazon Luna regions where the game is also offered via the Microsoft Store.” This described a PC entitlement, not an Xbox offer, and did not establish eligibility in every Prime market.
Four additional games were listed for Luna cloud play
The announcement separately named four games under “Cloud,” included with Prime through Luna cloud delivery:

These streamed cloud titles were separate from the 13 downloadable PC offers. Amazon described Luna as having an evolving library of more than 50 games wherever cloud delivery was available, alongside a monthly rotating collection of downloadable PC games. The “more than 50” figure described the broader cloud library, not the November PC giveaway count.

In its November 6 announcement, Amazon said Luna cloud delivery was available in the US, UK, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Portugal, Belgium, and Luxembourg. It also said Prime members could continue to enjoy monthly free PC games wherever Prime was available, including markets without Luna cloud delivery, and cautioned that Luna offers could vary by region. These statements describe the November 2025 announcement, not verified availability today.
The lineup is historical: Amazon’s announcement does not establish that any November 2025 offer can still be claimed. For the original details, see Amazon Game Studios’ Luna November Content Update, published November 6, 2025.
