Is PUBG MOBILE 3.3.0 still the latest version?

Can an old 3.3.0 APK bring back Ocean Odyssey?
There is no reliable reason to assume it can. Ocean Odyssey was a time-limited online feature, not merely a local graphics pack. Even if a historical client launches, it may be unable to authenticate against modern servers, may force an update, or may connect without the retired event content.
