When did PUBG Mobile Season 13 start?
PUBG MOBILE’s official 0.18.0 patch notes listed May 13, 2020, as the availability date for Royale Pass Season 13: Toy Playground. GameSpot reported that the pass launched on Android and iOS that day.
Season 13 is a past season. The progression details and prices below describe its 2020 launch, not a currently available pass or current UC offers.

The official patch notes say players could choose either the Ice Ranger or Fire Ranger outfit at Rank 50.

Rank 100: Ultra Defender Set
The same official announcement lists the Ultra Defender Set as the Rank 100 reward. The title phrase “100 RP outfit Nebula Hero” is not confirmed by the official source: the patch notes identify Ultra Defender Set, not Nebula Hero.
Puppet Agent outfit series
Puppet Agent was another featured outfit series. PUBG MOBILE described three forms that players could mix and match, with upgrades through Toy Mastery missions and a path to Mythic rarity at the highest rank. It is distinct from the official Rank 100 reward listing.

What did the pass cost, and how did progression work?
At launch, GameSpot reported the following pass options and prices. These are historical 2020 details, not present-day prices.

The official Season 13 Royale Pass page describes progression through daily and challenge missions, weekly challenges, events, and, sometimes, crates that could provide RP Points or Point Cards. Elite holders could access Elite Missions.

Were there new Season 13 weapon skins, emotes, or other items?
The available official text does not provide a complete Season 13-specific inventory of emotes, weapon skins, or rewards by rank. The 0.18.0 patch notes discuss Guncraft finishes as a broader game feature, but that alone does not establish them as a complete Royale Pass reward list. The official Season 13 page includes a gallery, but its textual description does not name every pictured item. A full list should not be inferred from partial imagery or recollection.
