There is no verified native Windows 10 or Windows 11 installer for PUBG: NEW STATE in the official distribution sources reviewed. KRAFTON distributes the game—now listed as NEW STATE : NEW ERA OF BR and commonly called NEW STATE MOBILE—as a mobile title for Android and iPhone/iPad.

The official Google Play listing is published by KRAFTON, Inc. and describes NEW STATE MOBILE as a PUBG STUDIOS battle royale game. Its listed minimum requirements include:
- Android 6.0 or later
- A 64-bit ARM-compatible CPU
- At least 2 GB of RAM
- OpenGL ES 3.1 or Vulkan 1.1 support
Install it from the official Google Play listing, using the publisher name to verify that you have selected KRAFTON’s application. The listing remains available and includes recent update history, but its version, size, device compatibility, and regional availability are changeable.
iPhone and iPad
The official U.S. Apple App Store listing identifies KRAFTON Inc. as the developer and supports iPhone and iPad devices running iOS/iPadOS 13.0 or later. The listing showed an application size of approximately 1.8 GB when checked and includes version-history entries from 2026.

How to check whether NEW STATE works on Windows
The most defensible Windows method is to check Google Play Games on PC. Google’s service runs selected Android games on Windows, but it does not automatically support every game available in Google Play.
- Install Google Play Games on PC only through Google’s official installation flow.
- Sign in with the Google account you intend to use.
- Search the client for NEW STATE, NEW STATE MOBILE, or NEW STATE : NEW ERA OF BR.
- Read the availability badge shown for the game.
- Install only if the client presents the game as available and lets you install it normally.
Google uses availability labels such as Optimized, Playable, Untested, Unsupported, and Not available. Treat these labels as the relevant evidence for your account and region. An Android Play Store page alone does not prove that NEW STATE is in the Google Play Games on PC catalog.

Google’s published baseline requirements include:
- Operating system: Windows 10 version 2004 or newer; Windows 11 may also qualify when the other requirements are met.
- Storage: An SSD with at least 10 GB of available space.
- Memory: At least 8 GB of RAM.
- Processor: Four physical CPU cores.
- Graphics: A compatible graphics processor, such as Intel UHD Graphics 630.
- Account: A Windows administrator account.
- Firmware: Hardware CPU virtualization enabled.
These are requirements for the Android-on-Windows platform, not the official minimum specifications for NEW STATE MOBILE itself. Meeting them does not guarantee that NEW STATE will be listed, launch, perform well, or be supported in your region.

If installation fails
Google may require Windows Hypervisor Platform. CPU virtualization may also need to be enabled in your computer’s BIOS or UEFI settings. The setting is commonly named Intel Virtualization Technology, VT-x, AMD-V, or simply SVM, but the exact menu varies by motherboard and manufacturer.
Restart after changing virtualization or Windows features, then try the official Google Play Games installer again. Existing third-party Android emulators can conflict with Windows Hypervisor Platform, so do not assume that several emulator platforms can coexist without configuration problems.
Should you use BlueStacks, LDPlayer, GameLoop, or another emulator?
Be careful. An emulator’s ability to install an Android application is not the same as official NEW STATE support.
There are three separate questions:
- Can the emulator install an Android app? This is a capability claim made by the emulator.
- Will NEW STATE launch and perform acceptably? This depends on the current game version, emulator version, graphics settings, drivers, and your hardware. It requires current testing.
- Is using that emulator permitted and safe for your account? This can be answered only by current KRAFTON policy or explicit support.
The NEW STATE MOBILE help-center guidance warns that an external program or device that is not officially supported, or that affects the application or modifies its files, may be detected by the security system and can result in a permanent account restriction.
No current KRAFTON source reviewed for this article confirms BlueStacks, LDPlayer, GameLoop, or another third-party emulator as an officially supported Windows method for NEW STATE MOBILE. How to avoid fake PC downloads
Search results for this topic often mix NEW STATE MOBILE with other PUBG products or point to repacked Android packages. Use this checklist before downloading:
- Verify that the publisher is KRAFTON, Inc. or KRAFTON Inc., depending on the store’s displayed format.
- Prefer Google Play, Apple’s App Store, or an officially documented Windows platform.
- Reject “cracked,” “modded,” “pre-installed,” and “unlocked” packages.
- Do not run a random installer claiming to be a NEW STATE Windows client.

- Confirm that you searched inside Google Play Games on PC rather than only in a web browser.
