FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH has 145 Queen’s Blood cards. You can collect them from starter decks, booster packs, card matches, Card Carnival puzzles, Gold Saucer challenges, quests and GP Exchange rewards. The numbered collection menu is the quickest way to see what you still need; cards can also be recovered after the story through Chapter Select, according to PowerPyx’s card-location checklist.
How to check which Queen’s Blood cards you are missing
- Open Card Decks.
- Press R2 to open Display Card Collection.
- Press Square for Display Unowned.
- Press Triangle to open Sort/Filter, then sort by Card # in ascending order.
Unowned cards appear greyed out, making it easier to compare your collection against a numbered checklist. Control prompts can vary by platform or settings, so follow the prompts shown in your game. Touchpad displays a card’s special ability.

Where to get Queen’s Blood cards
A missing card does not necessarily mean you need to find another opponent. The collection draws on several reward systems, and later cards may come from optional challenges or postgame shops.

- Starter deck: The game gives you an initial set automatically. Early starter cards include 001, 004, 005, 007–009, 011 and 111.
- Booster packs: Buy packs from regional vendors, including shops in Kalm, Under Junon, Crow’s Nest, Costa del Sol, North Corel, the Dustbowl, Gongaga, Cosmo Canyon and Nibelheim. Some cards are sold in named packs, while postgame packs become available from item shops after completing the story. Thorin’s shop also sells cards as you advance certain quests or unlock summons. The full checklist gives the pack name and source for each card.
- Queen’s Blood opponents: Some cards are won by defeating named challengers. Return to earlier areas if you have not played or beaten their matches.
- Card Carnival: Costa del Sol’s puzzle challenges award unique cards, including Fleetwing, Spearhawk, Sea Devil and Tonberry King. Later character-collector challenges award cards representing the party members.
- Gold Saucer challenges and story tournaments: These provide distinct cards, including some summon cards and late-game rewards. Certain prizes require a high Queen’s Blood rank.
- Quests and progression: Side quests and postgame progression account for several cards, including rewards linked to A Rare Card Lost, Seaside Inn and Ultimate Party Animal, as well as Gilgamesh’s postgame route.
- Gold Saucer GP Exchange: Seven cards cost 150 GP each at their corresponding squares: Chocobo Jockey at Chocobo Square, Space Ranger at Speed Square, Haunted Hotel at Ghost Square, Skywheel at Skywheel Square, Loveless at Event Square, Saucer Squad at Wonderment Square and Dio at Battle Square.
Card locations by part of the game
This route map helps narrow down where to look. For the exact card number, name, pack or opponent, check the linked numbered checklist rather than assuming every card in a regional range comes from the same activity.
Kalm and the Grasslands
Early cards come from the starter set, Kalm booster packs and matches against local players. After progressing the A Rare Card Lost quest, Thorin’s shop offers cards 107 and 108. Guides disagree on who awards card 012 Cactuar: PowerPyx lists Nene, while RPG Site lists Zahira. Treat that opponent assignment as unresolved unless you confirm it in your game. PowerPyx lists Zahira as the opponent for 017 Screamer.

Junon, Costa del Sol and North Corel
In Junon, look for the Weird & Wicked pack at Under Junon and Shut Up ’n’ Drive at Crow’s Nest; other cards come from challengers or Card Carnival. The Crow’s Nest visit is associated with the When Words Won’t Do side quest. The Chapter 5 ship shop carries packs from the preceding part of the game if you missed them. Costa del Sol and North Corel sell High Seas Horror and Uncanny Terrors, respectively; cards from this stretch also come from Card Carnival and local matches.
Corel Prison, Gongaga and Cosmo Canyon
Heavy Hitters is sold in the Dustbowl, while Thug, Death Claw and Joker are match rewards from prison challengers. Gongaga has the Jungle Arcanum pack and several challenger rewards; some rematches are gated by rank and progression. Chimerical Creatures is sold in Cosmo Canyon, which also has named challengers and the Stranger than Fiction pack.
Nibelheim, Costa del Sol and the late game
Nibelheim sells Prehistoric Beasts and has challengers in the village and Tifa’s House. Later Costa del Sol rewards include the Carnival of Carnage pack, character and opponent rewards, and the Turks pack around Chapters 12–13. Some cards numbered 078 and 080–085 are listed as postgame packs from item shops. Other late cards come from Gold Saucer matches, side quests, postgame progression and high-rank matches, including the Emerald Witch reward from Vincent at Shinra Manor and Shadowblood Queen at Gongaga Ruins. The latter requires the highest rank.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Can you miss Queen’s Blood cards?
According to PowerPyx, cards are not permanently missable: Chapter Select lets you return to earlier areas after finishing the story, and Chapter 13 provides open-world access. That gives you a route back to vendors, challengers and optional activities you skipped. Some rewards still require you to meet their quest, progression or rank conditions before they become available.
Why Queen’s Blood is worth following
Queen’s Blood is introduced at the start of Chapter Two. In a February 29, 2024 interview, director Naoki Hamaguchi said, “Of all the minigames, I am particularly in love with the card game Queen’s Blood!” (Square Enix interview.)
