Quordle hints for January 28, 2025
TechRadar’s article for game #1100 reported these clues for the classic puzzle:
- The four answers include four different standard vowels: A, E, I, and O. The clue excludes Y from its vowel count.
- One answer has a repeated letter.
- None of Q, Z, X, or J appears.
- The answers begin with four different letters.
- The starting letters are T, D, I, and P.

TechRadar’s January 28, 2025 answer list gives these four classic words:

How Quordle works
Quordle’s rules describe four five-letter words played at once, with nine attempts to solve all four boards. Each guess must be a valid five-letter English word, and its tiles are evaluated separately on each board:
- Green: the letter is correct and in the right position on that board.
- Yellow: the letter occurs in that board’s answer, but in another position.
- Gray: the letter does not occur in that board’s answer.
The rules recommend using early guesses to test distinct, common letters, then choosing words that can provide useful information on more than one unsolved board.
