Both sets of values are reported by the same community-maintained item reference. Soreseal has larger listed bonuses and a larger damage-taken penalty; the comparison alone does not determine which talisman is better for a particular character.
Is Radagon’s Soreseal worth using?
Judge it by what the four stat increases change for your build, how well you can withstand the added damage, and what you would equip in that talisman slot instead. Bandai Namco’s official character stats guide describes Vigor as the health stat and Endurance as affecting stamina and equipment load.

- Consider it when: one or more boosted attributes meet a weapon requirement or improve a build outcome you need now.
- Weigh the risk carefully when: survivability is already a problem, since the listed damage penalty makes incoming hits more costly.
- Compare alternatives when: another talisman could provide more value than the attributes Soreseal raises for your current setup.
Stat increases are not equally valuable at every level. Bandai Namco’s official advanced stats guide explains that returns diminish after softcaps. It does not establish one universal level at which every player should stop using Soreseal, so decide based on the actual needs of your character rather than a fixed cutoff.
