Understand the combined mod’s reported effects
Scoovy’s listing says the first couple of Grace cutscenes are muted because they caused in-game audio issues, and suggests pressing the game’s skip-cutscene button while they play. What if you want to skip more than the orphanage?
MegaGames’ May 6, 2026 listing for Resident Evil Requiem Modular Chapter Skip Mod v1.1.1 describes selective skips for 15 of the game’s 20 chapters, including Chapter 16, Orphanage (Chloe). Its listed setup uses REFramework, LooseFileLoader, and Fluffy Mod Manager.
The same listing warns that skipping Chapter 19 (ARK – Grace) sends the player directly to the bad ending. It also says that skipping Chapter 2 without its Scenario A bundle leaves Leon without starting gear later. These are significant story and inventory consequences; check the linked files and instructions before using a chapter skip. This option is broader than an orphanage-only mod, but its listing describes additional dependencies and potential side effects.
