The promotion offered a Steam Standard Edition copy with select GeForce RTX 50-series products, including qualifying RTX 5070, 5070 Ti, 5080 and 5090 models. NVIDIA’s terms set April 13, 2026, as the purchase deadline and May 11, 2026, as the redemption deadline; its campaign page now says the offer is unavailable.
Is Resident Evil Requiem still free with an RTX 50 GPU?
No. NVIDIA’s campaign page says the promotion is no longer available, and the purchase and redemption windows in its official terms have passed. Buying an RTX 50-series product now does not include this expired offer.
Which RTX 50-series products qualified?
NVIDIA announced the bundle for select products in these GPU tiers. The offer included a Steam code for the game’s Standard Edition, not a discount on another edition.

NVIDIA directed buyers to its campaign page and partner product list to check specific models. The terms also limited the offer to one code per customer while supplies lasted.

How did redemption work during the promotion?
At the time, buyers redeemed through the NVIDIA app on a PC with a qualifying GPU installed, then added the game to a Steam account. Andrew Burnes, writing for NVIDIA on February 10, 2026, described the contemporaneous instructions: “Once you’ve bought a qualifying product, you’ll receive instructions on how to redeem your bundle via NVIDIA app, and just a few clicks later you’ll add Resident Evil Requiem to your Steam account.”
Regional availability, age requirements and other restrictions varied. NVIDIA’s terms listed geographic exclusions, stated the offer was void where prohibited, and noted that some codes were tied to the country or region of purchase. Those conditions applied during the promotion; check the relevant local or archived terms if you need to establish eligibility for a past purchase.

What was included, and what did NVIDIA say about PC features?
The bundle was for the Steam Standard Edition of Resident Evil Requiem. NVIDIA’s announcement described Grace Ashcroft and Leon S. Kennedy as the game’s central characters and presented it as survival horror. NVIDIA also promoted path-traced effects, DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation and NVIDIA Reflex for the PC version. These are NVIDIA’s descriptions of the game’s GeForce features, not independent performance-test results.
