Roblox’s Halloween Spotlight ran from October 23 through November 3, 2025. It brought together Halloween updates in more than 30 Roblox games, with event activities feeding into a haunted-forest hub and avatar accessory rewards. Roblox’s current event listing says no experiences are running, and the reviewed official sources do not confirm a 2026 return.
What was Roblox Halloween Spotlight?
Halloween Spotlight was a platform-wide Roblox event, not a single standalone game. Players explored a haunted forest hub, visited featured experiences, and completed Halloween-themed activities within those games. Roblox described the 2025 lineup as more than 30 games spanning different genres.
The event was scheduled for October 23–November 3, 2025. The official event FAQ gives 9 AM PDT as both the start and end time. The official experience listing currently reports no running experiences and describes the event in the past tense.
How did the event and its rewards work?
- Visit a featured game. Use a Gateway in the haunted forest hub, or join a featured experience directly.
- Complete its event activities. Featured Halloween updates awarded Runes or Keys.
- Choose a path on the Cursed Compass. Runes unlocked regular Paths; Keys unlocked the harder Elite Paths.
- Complete the trials. Finishing path trials earned exclusive avatar accessories. Roblox’s launch announcement also said players had to conquer the Final Curse to finish the event.
You did not need to enter games through the hub to earn Runes or Keys. The FAQ listed PC, mobile, and console as supported platforms.

Which Halloween games and updates were featured?
The event covered different genres and types of play. Roblox’s announcement highlighted these examples:
| Experience | Example Halloween content |
|---|---|
| Adopt Me | Three minigames, new pets, and pet taming. |
| PETAPETA: School of Nightmares | A Halloween monster, pumpkins, and themed items. |
| Dress to Impress | Themed clothes, runway effects, and a Lana Lore quest. |
| Restaurant Tycoon 3 | Halloween dishes and seasonal furniture. |
These examples show the range of activities, but Roblox’s official announcement does not provide a complete game-by-game ranking or a comparison of player outcomes. The harder Elite Paths refer to the event’s reward route, not a published ranking of the featured games.
