Reset Roblox with a phone number
Use phone recovery when a phone number is associated with the account and you do not have an attached email address available.
- Open Forgot Password or Username? on the Roblox login page.
- Select the Phone tab.
- Choose the correct country code.
- Enter the phone number linked to the account.
- Complete the verification prompt if Roblox displays one.
- Enter the six-digit code sent by Roblox.
- Submit a new password.
Use the phone number’s correct country code and enter the number in the format Roblox requests. Never give the verification code to someone who claims to be a Roblox employee, trader, moderator, or recovery specialist.
The reset email or phone code is not arriving
- Confirm that you entered the email address or phone number currently attached to the account.

What if the Roblox account has no email address or phone number?

Follow this order after a suspected hack

A YubiKey security key is an optional post-recovery security measure for 2-step verification. It is not required to reset a forgotten Roblox password, is not a recovery bypass, and does not guarantee that Roblox will restore a hacked account.
