The basic gameplay described by third-party guides is a customer-service loop with a horror decision at its center: prepare orders, assess whether a customer is safe, serve ordinary customers, and refuse anomalies. Those guides recommend inspecting customers before serving them, including using CCTV and night vision. How do I identify anomalies?
Third-party guides advise checking a customer before deciding whether to serve them. One guide emphasizes CCTV and night vision; the fan-made KioskOS checklist separates checks into setup, camera observation, direct observation, and special cases. These are recommendations reported by those sources, not a confirmed universal procedure.
KioskOS gives examples of special-case advice: serve the Smiling Man soda but leave his envelope unopened; serve the Faceless Man without looking into the face hole; and treat a Santa outfit as dangerous. Because these are fan-guide instructions that may be version-sensitive, verify the relevant rule in the current game before relying on a route.

What controls do the guides list?
Community references do not fully agree on the controls. One third-party guide lists the following, while KioskOS lists a different set for some actions. The references do not establish that either set applies to every platform or current version.

How many endings does the game have?
Published community sources disagree, so an exact ending count is not established here. KioskOS reports six possible endings, while another third-party guide describes five main endings. A route-tracking page points to badge names as evidence of completion goals, but warns that route steps can change and that some proposed triggers are unconfirmed. Do not treat a particular count or unlock recipe as definitive without current confirmation in the game.
