What usually causes rssparser.dll errors

Fix 1: Identify the program and inspect its path

First determine which executable produces the error.

1. Close the error window.
2. Right-click the game or application shortcut and select Properties.
3. On the Shortcut tab, read the Target path.
4. Select Open File Location if available.
5. Look in that program’s own folder for rssparser.dll.

A successful result may say that corruption was repaired or that no integrity violations were found. If SFC reports files it could not repair, restart and run it again after DISM completes. If the game alone still reports rssparser.dll, return to the game’s installer rather than repeating system repair.

1. Press Win + R.
2. Enter optionalfeatures.
