Fix 11: Repair Windows components only when Windows itself shows damage

Fix 12: Check drivers only when the error identifies a driver

Graphics, audio and chipset drivers can cause games to crash, but they do not normally explain a missing SDL2_mixer.dll. Update a driver when the error also names a driver, DirectX component, audio device or graphics device, or when Device Manager reports a problem.

The file is in the wrong folder

Move the application back to its original folder structure or reinstall it. A portable program may depend on relative paths and sibling DLLs.

A dependency is missing

The architecture is wrong
