His Operator was a premium-track reward announced at 1,100 COD Points; the event has ended, and current availability is not established.
What the Seth Rogen Call of Duty announcement confirmed
Activision’s Season 03 Reloaded announcement said High Art would bring Rogen to Black Ops 6 and Warzone. The event ran across Multiplayer, Zombies, and Warzone, with players earning XP in those modes to progress through event rewards.
The announcement described Rogen’s Operator appearance as a colorful jacket and tie with black-rimmed glasses. It did not establish that his recognizable laugh was an in-game voice line or feature.
How the High Art reward tracks worked
High Art offered a free reward track and a premium reward track. Both were tied to the May 1–15, 2025 event window, but only the premium track included the Seth Rogen Operator skins.

Why the laugh was part of the teaser
In a report published April 29, 2025, GameSpot described the April 28 teaser: Jay and Silent Bob played Call of Duty, a player named “CanadianSmokeMonster” appeared, and the clip ended with Rogen’s recognizable laugh. The laugh hinted at his involvement before Activision confirmed the event. It is teaser context, not confirmation of an Operator voice line.

Can you still get the Seth Rogen Operator?
The announced High Art event ended May 15, 2025. The available announcements establish how the Operator was offered during that event, but do not confirm whether it later returned to the store or became obtainable through another route. Treat present-day availability as unconfirmed rather than assuming the old event track can still be completed.
