Slime Rancher’s Epic Games Store giveaway ended on March 21, 2019. It is not a current free offer, and missing that promotion means the game was not added to your library through it. You can check Epic’s current free-game rotation or view the live Slime Rancher listing for a purchase option.
What the March 21 deadline means
Epic Games’ official Russian-language channel announced Slime Rancher as a free Epic Games Store game through March 21. Contemporary coverage identifies the giveaway as running from March 7 to March 21, 2019. The deadline refers to that historical promotion, not an offer available in October 2026.
Epic Games Player Support explains that free promotions have limited durations and that a game must be claimed within the displayed period to be added to a library. The expired promotion cannot be used to claim Slime Rancher now. Epic’s support article on missed free games details that rule.
What you can do if you missed it
- Check for other free games: Epic’s Free Games page is the official place to see its current promotional rotation. A current free-game offer does not retroactively apply to Slime Rancher.
- Check the Slime Rancher listing: Epic’s store page presents the game as a purchasable title. Confirm the current price, currency, platform compatibility, edition and availability in your own regional storefront; these details can change.
The listing captured for this article showed a US$19.99 base game price in a Spanish-language storefront view, as well as a game-and-soundtrack bundle. That is a regional snapshot, not a guaranteed current price or a universal price. The available details do not establish which edition is the better choice.
