Solasta II Hotfix #3 – v0.4.4.114967 was released by Tactical Adventures on October 1, 2026. The update fixes issues across combat, quests, multiplayer, crashes, UI and localization, while the developer’s Known Issues list still includes several multiplayer and stability problems. Tactical Adventures said this is likely to be among the last hotfixes before it returns its focus to Early Access Update #2; that is a tentative plan, not a release-date announcement.
What Hotfix #3 fixes
The official Hotfix #3 notes group a wide range of changes across combat behavior, characters, progression and presentation. These are fixes reported by the developer; the notes do not claim that every related bug has been eliminated.
Combat, characters and spells
- Clicking a character’s portrait in the initiative bar now focuses that character even when it is not their turn, and the camera should follow combat action correctly.
- The Giant Crab Clacker’s Inky Spit attack is fixed. Ilias’s weapon and animation mismatch and combat readiness are addressed; the notes also clarify that he attacks twice per turn and has Shield Bash. Landry should no longer use a sword to shoot arrows.
- Turn Undead conditions should clear when an affected target takes damage. The Mana Painter Sorcerer can no longer use Mana Drain on allies.
- More cases where enemy turns failed to end after opportunity attacks are fixed. Other combat fixes address prone characters not standing after combat, the end-turn button being temporarily disabled after damage, and an incorrect Back button during combat start.
- A stealth ranged attack that could cost a multiplayer character all movement on their first turn is addressed, as are cases involving pushing Deorcas out of her shield during the tutorial and lending pact weapons.
- Cleave Weapon Mastery should work for non-host players. Weapon masteries that became unchangeable for some characters after two rests are also addressed.
Character progression, quests and exploration
- The patch addresses a reported stat reset when multiclassing beyond level 1 in a secondary class. The developer invites further reports if other stat-reset cases remain.
- Fast travel to the Shrine to Arun from Tamesh Camp and recruiting Sethina after fast-traveling to the tavern in Caer Mar are fixed. An unintended tutorial rest before the Kobold fight is also addressed.
- Character creation fixes include restoring the inner iris size option that a previous hotfix broke, making the Scar #2 icon visible, and correcting Authentic Difficulty component options that defaulted off.
- Autoprepared spells should be usable again. Two Siklas Witch dialogue and party-reference errors are fixed, along with contextual actions such as stabilizing an ally failing to appear or work.
- Map unveiling is fixed for parts of Siklas Temple, Lion’s Den and Caer Mar. The patch also addresses tutorial disruption caused by rapidly pressing Short Rest at a specific point.
- Fast travel and world-event edge cases are addressed, including a non-host being launched far away after a World Map Event.
Multiplayer, camera and crashes
- Non-host combat logs should show vulnerability and resistance. Their on-screen quest lists are capped at three entries, and character jitter has been reduced.
- Several non-host combat and action issues, blocker cases and camera problems are fixed. This includes a host camera mis-following after a non-host activates a lantern during indirect control or lands a final blow.
- A non-host crash when reloading a multiplayer save during a cutscene is fixed. Other addressed crash cases include a rare Random Encounter exit crash, a rare Lion’s Den multiplayer blocker, quick-saving or quick-loading while an enemy is highlighted, and the host and a non-host activating Long Rest within the same frame.
- The patch also fixes inventory clicks opening a debug screen during a companion’s turn, and a lexicon window remaining visible during an automated cutscene.
Audio, visuals and localization
- The metallic sound heard when preparing a punch is fixed. Spell visual effects should no longer appear to non-host players during cutscenes.
- Localization corrections cover Spanish Kivuli name tags and climbing text; English weapon-configuration loading-screen tags; Russian Paladin character-creation tags; missing tutorial and cleric spell-list strings; and Exhaustion text.
Known issues still listed by the developer
The same official patch article retains the following issues. The wording matters: several are described as occasional or rare, and the Nvidia reports are attributed to players rather than presented as a universal hardware fault.
- In multiplayer, ally portraits sometimes appear as enemies.
- Clicking rapidly during weapon attacks can sometimes trigger two attacks; non-host Fighters sometimes trigger their power twice.
- Combat death countdowns can behave erratically.
- A player joining while the host reloads a save can cause a crash.
- Players have reported combat freezes or crashes on some Nvidia 4060 Ti setups.
- Rarely, reloading a combat autosave can cause visibility or targeting problems.
- Non-hosts can be missing from multiplayer World Event dioramas.
- A player joining mid-combat can see dead enemies appear alive, though they cannot be targeted.
What Tactical Adventures said comes next
The opening of the patch notes says Hotfix #3 is likely to be “one of (if not the) last hotfixes” before the team returns to focusing on its next major release, Early Access Update #2. The statement is explicitly tentative: it does not give a launch date or rule out another hotfix.

Where to report a bug
Tactical Adventures directs players to its support page to submit a ticket and says no account is needed. Solasta II is listed on the official site as a PC game available through Steam during Early Access; the site says it is playable on Steam Deck and describes Steam Deck verification at version 1.0 as an aim, not a current verification claim.
