Can you use an Early Access save in version 1.0?
Yes. The available excerpt of the 1.0 release notes says existing saves continue to work. It also recommends beginning a new save to experience the full story and new features, so continuing an old save is the convenient option while starting over is the suggested choice for a fresh 1.0 playthrough. What did the 1.0 release add or change?
The release-note excerpt identifies revised voice acting and cutscenes, as well as a new cave unlocked after the end-game sequence.
