How to spawn an item in Sons of the Forest
Open the cheat console, then enter the command with the item’s numeric ID. The three commands have different effects:

Why an item ID or command may not work
- Duplicate display names: A displayed label may refer to more than one entry. The reference lists three “9mm Ammo” entries, so identify the intended row by its numeric ID and, where available, internal name.
- Not spawnable: An item can have a valid ID but still not work with
spawnitem. Check the table’s spawnable field; useadditemonly if adding it to inventory is supported. - Inventory or stack limit:
additemcan appear to fail if your inventory lacks room or the item is already at its maximum stack. - Cheats disabled in multiplayer: A server may restrict access to the cheat console. The guide says server settings determine whether players can open it; when allowed, each player runs item commands in their own game.
