Spy Bros. (Pipi & Bibi’s DX) is RAWRLAB Games’ remake/remaster of TOAPLAN’s arcade game Pipi&Bibi’s, also known as Whoopee!. It is a single-screen action platformer: play as Pipi or Bibi, plant bombs inside enemy-guarded buildings, then escape before they collapse. The current release is listed for PC on Steam and as a digital Nintendo Switch game.
What is Spy Bros. (Pipi & Bibi’s DX)?
It is an arcade-style action platformer built around short, hazardous building runs. Each stage takes place on a single screen. Players navigate around enemies, place bombs, and get out before the building blows up. What content and modes does it include?
Steam lists 24 levels across six zones, four playable characters, two endings, bonus levels, and a faster replay mode featuring Spy Sis. The core objective stays consistent, while the different characters and modes offer ways to revisit the bomb-and-escape challenge.

The listing does not specify that every mode has the same player limit, so treat four players as a maximum for certain modes rather than a universal limit.

Steam lists these Windows minimum requirements:
- Operating system: Windows 7
- Processor: Intel Core i3
- Memory: 2 GB RAM
- DirectX: Version 9.0c
- Storage: 300 MB available space
Steam separately notes that Steam Client support from January 1, 2024 requires Windows 10 or later. That is a Steam client requirement, not a change to the game’s listed minimum operating system; players should distinguish the game requirements from the software used to access it.
