To free Zee in the Chamber of Duality, move the two blue orbs to the panels behind her to form a bridge, then cross the room and attach the crane-control rope to its panel. The puzzle is in the Smuggling Tunnels; the steps below cover the full route from the chamber entrance.
How to reach Zee and set up the bridges
Make the first bridge
- Use Force Pull on the blue orb on the left side of the Chamber of Duality.
- Place it on the purple panel to create a bridge, then cross to the center of the room.
Open the golden-railed room
- After speaking with Zee, use Force Pull to remove the first orb from its panel.
- Put the orb on the panel on the right-hand side in front of Zee. The original bridge collapses when you remove the orb, so move clear before it does.
- Cross the new bridge, pull the lever, and attach it to its panel. This opens the route to the room with golden railings.
Get the second orb and build the final bridge
- Jump across the platform into the newly opened golden-railed room.
- Use Force Pull to take the second orb, then throw it across the room toward the lever panel.
- Pull the orb again and carry it across the bridge to the center of the chamber.
- Place the second orb on either panel behind Zee. Retrieve the first orb and put it on the other panel. With both orbs in place, the third bridge forms.
Release Zee
- Cross the third bridge and wall-run to the lower level.
- Climb the parallel walls to reach the room opposite the golden-railed room. You can open the chest on the lower level if you want, but it is not required to free Zee.
- Use Force Pull on the crane-control rope and attach it to the panel. This is the final action that releases her.
Afterward, Zee speaks with Cal about the Tanalorr tuner, and a Force Essence is revealed. Collecting the essence unlocks perks.

If you mean the later Zee rescue
The Chamber of Duality puzzle is an early encounter, not the later story objective called “Rescue Zee from the Lucrehulk.” That separate mission takes place across the Viscid Bog and Lucrehulk and ends in the Forward Control Tower after a Dagan Gera cutscene and fight. For the chamber puzzle, use the orb-and-rope sequence above. Game8’s Koboh Part 3 walkthrough covers the later mission.
