To check whether your PC can run Star Wars Outlaws, choose the resolution and frame-rate target you want, then compare your CPU and graphics card with Ubisoft’s matching requirements. Ubisoft lists four targets, from 1080p at 30 FPS on Low to 4K at 60 FPS on Ultra. All assume the upscaler is set to Quality; they are published targets, not a guarantee of performance on every configuration.

The Ultra AMD GPU entry differs between Ubisoft’s two pages: the US Store lists the RX 7900 XTX 24 GB, while Ubisoft’s announcement contains a conflicting model string, “AMD Radeon RX-7600XTX (24 GB).” The table uses the Store listing rather than treating the discrepancy as settled across both pages. How to check whether your PC can run Star Wars Outlaws
- Choose a target. Decide whether you are aiming for 1080p/30 FPS on Low, 1080p/60 FPS on High, 1440p/60 FPS on High, or 4K/60 FPS on Ultra. These are distinct performance targets, not interchangeable recommendations.
- Compare your CPU and GPU with the same row. Match the model names, not just a number in a component’s name. Ubisoft’s pages do not provide a conversion chart for every processor or graphics card, so an unlisted model cannot be judged reliably from these examples alone.
- Check memory and compatibility. Each tier calls for 16 GB RAM in dual-channel mode and Windows 10 or 11 with DirectX 12.
- Confirm SSD space. Ubisoft lists 65 GB on an SSD. If an existing suitable SSD has that much room available, the listed storage condition is met; a new drive is only relevant if you lack enough space. Check your PC’s supported drive type before buying one.
- Account for upscaling. Every target specifies the upscaler at Quality. The listed resolution and frame rate should be understood with that setting, not as a promise of native-resolution performance.
This is a manual comparison with Ubisoft’s published requirements. The cited Ubisoft pages do not establish an official automatic “can I run it” scanner, give universal Windows instructions for finding component names, or guarantee performance on a particular PC.

What the requirements mean for each target
Minimum: 1080p at 30 FPS
“Minimum” still calls for a GTX 1660 6 GB, RX 5600 XT 6 GB, or Arc A750 8 GB, with ReBAR enabled for the Intel card, alongside the listed CPU examples. It is Ubisoft’s Low-preset, 30-FPS target, not a promise that any older PC will run the game acceptably.
Recommended: 1080p at 60 FPS
For the listed 1080p High, 60-FPS target, Ubisoft names an RTX 3060 Ti or RX 6700 XT, paired with an i5-10400 or Ryzen 5 5600X example. The same RAM, Windows, DirectX, SSD, and Quality-upscaler conditions apply.

High / Enthusiast and Ultra
The 1440p/60 High and 4K/60 Ultra tiers raise both CPU and GPU examples substantially. For instance, Ubisoft lists an RTX 4070 or RX 6800 XT for High / Enthusiast, and an RTX 4080 or the Store-listed RX 7900 XTX for Ultra. Those rows retain the same 16 GB dual-channel RAM and 65 GB SSD requirements.

Ubisoft’s August 2024 announcement describes ray-traced global illumination, reflections, and shadows, plus NVIDIA RTX Dynamic Illumination (RTXDI). It also lists NVIDIA DLSS 3.5 features—Ray Reconstruction, Frame Generation, and Super Resolution—and Intel XeSS 1.3 and AMD FSR 3.0 for upscaling and frame generation. Other listed PC features include an uncapped frame rate, 21:9 cinematic display mode, multi-monitor and ultrawide support, and in-depth customization options.
