After you meet her there and finish the encounter, she returns to the Lodge in New Atlantis. If you skip the main story, her arrival trigger is not officially specified for every alternate-universe run.
Find Andreja by replaying the main story
- Continue the main quest until you receive the Find Andreja objective in “Into the Unknown.”
- Follow the mission marker to the Abandoned Mine on Procyon III.
- Inside, fight through the Va’ruun Zealots and Ecliptic enemies, then speak with Andreja.
- After the encounter, she heads back to the Lodge in New Atlantis.
Bethesda’s “Into The Unknown” walkthrough says, “This mission is where you will have the option to recruit "Andreja" to be a companion.” It also cautions that locations may be unique to a playthrough, so treat the mine as the documented mission destination, not a guarantee that every universe uses an identical setup.

If you skipped the main story in NG+
Check the Lodge as you progress through the alternate NG+ story. A player report describes Constellation members appearing there after artifact progression in some runs that skip the main quest, but that is anecdotal rather than an official, universal Andreja trigger. Bethesda confirms that NG+ can vary how the main story is played and that changes differ with each NG+, without documenting a guaranteed point when Andreja appears in every skipped-story universe. Don’t confuse carry-over items with Andreja’s location
NG+ carry-over details explain what your character brings forward, not where Andreja will appear. Bethesda’s older NG+ guide lists traits, skills, powers, and the Frontier among carry-over items. The later Free Lanes update added a separate option: build the Quantum Entanglement Device in the Lodge after building the Armillary with all Artifacts, and items can be waiting in the Lodge in the next playthrough. That item-storage feature does not establish an Andreja location or trigger. Details are in Bethesda’s Free Lanes update guidance.

The Free Lanes update, version 1.16.236, released April 7, 2026, introduced the Quantum Entanglement Device. The June notes include fixes but do not specify a change to Andreja’s location.
