The result covers Q1 FY27; it is a reported quarterly outcome, not a forecast of future performance.
What Steamhouse India reported for Q1 FY27
The Economic Times reported PAT of ₹18.34 crore, a year-on-year increase of 80.25%. Its results page identifies the company as BSE:544914 and NSE:STEAMHOUSEEQ. The Economic Times quarterly results page and its October 6, 2026 market report carry the same PAT figure and growth rate.
Steamhouse India generates and distributes industrial steam using community boilers and pipeline networks. The Machine Maker described these as the company’s first financial results announced after its BSE and NSE listing. The Machine Maker’s October 6, 2026 report also gives operating figures for the quarter.
Operating figures reported alongside the PAT result
The Machine Maker reported ₹123.37 crore in revenue from steam, ₹30.93 crore in EBITDA and 305,816 tonnes of steam sold. It also reported EBITDA per tonne of ₹1,011.45, compared with ₹737.35 in Q1 FY26. These are figures attributed to that outlet’s coverage; they should not be treated as a verified explanation for the PAT increase.

Why the revenue figures should not be combined
Published reports use different revenue labels and give different values. The Economic Times results page lists ₹128.62 crore as revenue from operations for June 2026. NDTV Profit reported revenue from operations of ₹1,286.21 million and PAT of ₹183.42 million, compared with ₹101.76 million PAT in the year-ago quarter. The Machine Maker’s ₹123.37 crore figure is labeled revenue from steam. The available reports do not establish that revenue from steam and revenue from operations are the same measure or reconcile the differences.
NSE’s financials page lists both consolidated and standalone results documents for June 30, 2026, but the specific figures and explanatory notes could not be confirmed from the accessible page. Until the filed statements are checked, keep the reported revenue measures separate rather than presenting a single reconciled figure. What the growth figure does—and does not—tell investors
The 80.25% figure compares Q1 FY27 PAT with PAT in the same quarter a year earlier. It is not a sequential comparison with the preceding quarter. The coverage also reports higher EBITDA per tonne than in Q1 FY26, but the available figures do not establish which factors drove the PAT change. A causal explanation requires support from the company’s filed statements or an attributable company release.
The Economic Times reported that the share price moved up 10% to the upper circuit after the result. That is a dated market reaction reported on October 6, 2026, not an assessment of the company’s value or an investment recommendation.
