Spoiler warning: For the first Plinth Alcove puzzle, place Horned Shackle on the left plinth, Evocant in the middle, and Selenic Totem on the right. This is the solution to Simone Green’s Day 6 “Alcove Key” note in Strange Antiquities.
How to solve the Day 6 Alcove Key puzzle
- Reach Day 6 and read Simone Green’s “Alcove Key” note.
- Go to the shop workspace and find the three plinths beneath the carved symbol.
- Place the artefacts in this order, from left to right:
- Left: Horned Shackle
- Middle: Evocant
- Right: Selenic Totem
- The alcove opens, making additional items accessible.
The puzzle’s hint points you to the Strange Artefacts index and the word “moon.”
What this solution unlocks
The Strange Antiquities Wiki reports that the alcove contains two wooden tiles marked with the symbols for Arsenic and Phosphorous, the Eye of Cernunnos artefact, Abrasive Mether, Restful Mether, Solemn Mether, and two candles. The wiki marks its puzzle page as under construction, so treat this as a reported reward list rather than a guarantee that every game state will show exactly these items.
Which plinth puzzle is this?
This order applies to the first alcove puzzle: Simone Green’s Day 6 “Alcove Key” note. Strange Antiquities has later plinth sequences, including Thaumic Lens and resonance puzzles, which use different clues and combinations. If you are solving one of those later sequences, this Day 6 order is not the answer.
